This mountain townhouse underwent a complete transformation, with nearly every surface, cabinet, fixture, and furnishing thoughtfully redesigned. Original wood beams and trim were preserved to maintain the home's warmth and character, while refinished floors, plaster walls, and updated finishes created a fresh, contemporary feel.

Highlights include a custom living room bar, a fully renovated kitchen, a modern floating staircase with a glass railing, and three uniquely designed bathrooms featuring custom stone vanities, limewash walls, custom wallpaper and stone tile wainscotting, and a luxurious steam shower with bookmatched stone slabs.

I led the coordination and production of the construction drawings for the entire home, including architectural details, wall elevations, sections, custom millwork, and lighting and electrical plans.
